HUNTER EDUCATION CLASSES

A person born after Jan. 1, 1972, who has not taken a hunter education course must do so before purchasing an Iowa hunting license. (Source: Section 483A.27 of the Iowa Code.)



LEARN TO FURHARVEST: TRAPPING BASICS


Saturday, August 26 from 8am-2pm at the Clubhouse.

Participants will learn basic strategies for trapping such as proper equipment, trap placement, trapping regulations and steps for preparing hides for trade. Sessions will cover history wildlife identification, regulations and several demonstration stations among other things.
Coffee, Donuts and Pulled Pork Lunch will be provided.

This course does not provide certifcation.
